Soak the seeds in water at room temperature. After 5-10 minutes they will start to form mucus (gelatin). If you use the device with sprouting trays, make sure that you evenly distribute seeds with resultant gelatin. Rinse the seeds once a day until the first show small petals, then rush up to 2-3 times a day. The optimal time for germination is 24 hours. When you are ready, you can freeze them and store them in a few days, after which they can continue to grow. Before consumption wash the sprouts as brushing your ordinary salad.
